About Damian Rape, Esq.
Damian Rape is the founder and owner of Justice Legal, where he is committed to providing dedicated, personalized representation to individuals and families injured because of another's negligence. Before founding Justice Legal, Damian represented injured clients at one of the nation's largest personal injury law firms, contributing to recovering more than $3.5 million for clients. His experience includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, and a broad range of personal injury matters from investigation through settlement. Damian began his legal career with the State Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office, where he developed strong courtroom advocacy skills. He has been recognized as a Pensacola Rising Star, received the Social Justice Award, and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. At Justice Legal, clients work directly with Damian—not a revolving team of case managers or assistants. He is committed to honest communication, accessibility, and personal attention throughout every case.
